Now, I'm no expert etymologist, the word "music" seems to have, like most, non-slang words, have a longer history than what existed in English. For example, the prefix "Mus-" seems to be derived from the word "Muse," the name for the Goddesses of Inspiration in Greek mythology. And the "-ic," well, I'm not sure about that one, but upon looking it up, realize that it means "of or pertaining to" (Wiktionary.org), and thus, "Music" means "of or pertaining to inspiration." Interesting.
The E-Oasis
What is the E-Oasis, you ask?
It is, simply put, random postings from myself and my friends. Stories, dreams, thoughts, and all the profuse etcetera one would expect from the Overpowered Internet. We hope this to be a place of mild intelligence in a world that, on the random occasion, seems to lack it.
